Lucky Number Josh is an unofficial non-profit fansite dedicated to the unique and talented Josh Hartnett. LNJ offers fans from all around the world detailed information, updated news, pictures and videos of Josh and his movies. The gallery currently has 10367 images and is growing each day. The LNJ FanArt section currently holds 248 graphics for fans to use. And the video archive currently has 118 clips to download.

As a dedicated fan, I wanted to make a fan site for Josh and for his fans.

The site started off as a free site from geocities in 2004. But I never got round to making more than the index page. But the site was truly ugly. Geocities did not have Microsoft FrontPage extensions, so that made life difficult. So I converted to Angelfire, which had Microsoft FrontPage. And I got a free redirect domain - joshhartnett.tk. But I hardly ever updated.

In 2006, I was more determined to create a high quality Josh site. Fansites.ws agreed to host my site and this gave me the opportunity to build a full site. This was also when I came up with the name, Lucky Number Josh. The site was doing well until around January 2007, Fansites.ws had constant downtime. I switched to Myfanhost.com, but the host crashed in a month. So, I was back at fansites.ws and I put my site on hiatus until fanbased.net accepted me in August 2007. A week later, I got the money to buy a domain, www.luckynumberjosh.com and again I switched to a better host, The Fan Sites Network. I would like to thank Gertie for hosting my site.
